Michelle
Treatment Coordinator
Michelle has been an orthodontic assistant along side Dr. Lori for the last 17 years. She loves getting to know each patient so that she can provide them with the most personalized care possible. She is the first person involved in a new patient’s in-office journey as she is the Treatment Coordinator. Welcoming patients and then keeping them comfortable and informed in regard to their treatment is her mission. Watching patients gain self-confidence during their orthodontic adventure is one of her favorite things about her job. Michelle was born and raised in San Antonio and enjoys the Spurs, Fiesta time and her Grandbabies!
Stephanie
Financial Coordinator
Stephanie has been helping patients on their journey to their best smile for 15 years and approximately 13 years have been alongside Dr. Lori. She begins with a warm welcome and acts as a financial guide during each patient’s orthodontic transformation. One of her favorite things about her job is that each day is new and exciting in its own way. Stephanie is also very knowledgeable on the different insurance plans and enjoys helping each patient maximize their orthodontic benefit. While away from “the studio” she enjoys spending time with her husband Reggie and their five kids.
Lidia
Orthodontic Assistant
Lidia has been bringing her optimistic energy to orthodontics for 11 years now. She is extremely skilled in many different orthodontic treatment modalities and loves to provide the best care for her family of patients. She enjoys making patients and parents smile during their visits to the office and is great at explaining the orthodontic process. When she is not creating beautiful smiles, she enjoys hiking with her beautiful family and their 3 doodle pups.
Lluvia
Orthodontic Assistant
Lluvia brings a sweet and calm energy to the office and she has been caring for orthodontic patients for 4 years now. Her gentle demeanor and kind manner makes her a favorite among patients. She has become an expert at orthodontic appliances and even has experience in how to fabricate these appliances. Outside the office, Lluvia enjoys gardening and spending time with her husband.
